I had a breast lift with implants 4 years ago. At 8 months after my sugery I had a revision as the skin on my breasts was clearly sagging. Here I am today with sagging breasts again, the right one looks deformed. I am considering another lift but not sure if I should also consider a smaller implant. Could this be the issue? Also, the last 3 wks, I been having a tinggling sensation in my right nippple. Had a mammogram but all is fine. Could this be an injury from weightlifting?

Your nipples are probably where they should be, but you have too much heavy breast tissue below which is sagging down and giving the appearance of your nipples being too high. This is corrected with the underneath incision to remove excess skin and breast tissue.
Grade one is when the nipple is at the IMF. You are grade 2. Grade 3 is when the nipple represents the lowest part on the breast.
A mastopexy would be the correct procedure.
