Skin sagging and tingling - Could this be an injury from weightlifting? (photos)

Question

I had a breast lift with implants 4 years ago. At 8 months after my sugery I had a revision as the skin on my breasts was clearly sagging. Here I am today with sagging breasts again, the right one looks deformed. I am considering another lift but not sure if I should also consider a smaller implant. Could this be the issue? Also, the last 3 wks, I been having a tinggling sensation in my right nippple. Had a mammogram but all is fine. Could this be an injury from weightlifting?

There are many influences that can lead to a breast lift.  Having large implants is one as the weight of the implants can stretch the skin.  Others include fluctuations in weight, pregnancy, age, and genetics.  Exchanging your implants may be helpful to slow future sagging.  Regarding the tingling, more information is needed to help determine what may be causing it.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Your implants are too large and sitting too high, and yes you have some sagging, I would suggest going with smaller implants and removing the excess skin.
