Can fat be put into the inside of the forearms?

I have loose skin on the inside of the forearms and the outside is also loose but doesn't bother me as bad. Can fat be put in this area? I had fat injected in my knees and so far it looks good, so I'm hoping it can also be put into the forearms.

However, if a hard lump is developing and the area feels warm to the touch you may have an underlying infection.
