Can fat be put into the inside of the forearms?

I have loose skin on the inside of the forearms and the outside is also loose but doesn't bother me as bad. Can fat be put in this area? I had fat injected in my knees and so far it looks good, so I'm hoping it can also be put into the forearms.

Please se your physician to ensure there is no local reaction or infection.  Swelling takes weeks to go down but shouldn't get hard or much worse 5 days post. Best, Dr. Emer.

The risk of embolism to the lung is very rare even with large volume on the lower legs/buttock area.  Into the lips its almost impossible.  I suggest consulting with a well trained cosmetic surgeon who does a significant amount of fat transfer.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Since you have identified this area as being deficient in volume fat grafting would be an excellent way to add volume and suddenly better than any alternative that I can think of.Fat grafting (transfer) is a very versatile technique that can be used almost anywhere to add volume using your own...

Fat grafting to the area would be an ideal way to correct this contour irregularity.  It is a minimally invasive procedure with small scars to liposuction and introduce the fat.

I think going under general anesthesia is the best choice, Drs. who do surgery will tell you if they think with your medical history they would suggest general or not but I think you will be just fine. Best of luck.

This is something I do routinely in my practice but very few doctors do. You have to ensure you go to someone who does hi definition procedures and uses fat for grafting in many types of areas such as the chest, shoulders, claves, and buttocks.  Best, Dr. Emer.
