This is something I do routinely in my practice but very few doctors do. You have to ensure you go to someone who does hi definition procedures and uses fat for grafting in many types of areas such as the chest, shoulders, claves, and buttocks.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Fat transfer to calves takes dedication to this small area.    Many plastic surgeons transfer fat and also many transfer fat to the calves.    Seek 3 consultations from plastic surgeons and you will then need to choose.   You will be fine.  Dr C

Thank you for your question. Fat transfer is applicable to any part of the body so it's likely that a surgeon who placed fat to one area will also have the ability to place it in the calves as well.
