Is there any way to gain fat in my Mons pubis?

I'm 20 and I have a really flat mons pubis ,I'm embarrassed to wear a bikni because of this...is there anyway that I can get it bigger with out surgury ?

Fat grafting to the area would be an ideal way to correct this contour irregularity.  It is a minimally invasive procedure with small scars to liposuction and introduce the fat.

I think going under general anesthesia is the best choice, Drs. who do surgery will tell you if they think with your medical history they would suggest general or not but I think you will be just fine. Best of luck.

This is something I do routinely in my practice but very few doctors do. You have to ensure you go to someone who does hi definition procedures and uses fat for grafting in many types of areas such as the chest, shoulders, claves, and buttocks.  Best, Dr. Emer.

It depends on where you want the fat transfer to go. If you are looking to fill in the under eye area with fat transfer and you currently have poorly placed filler in there now, then yes, it would be helpful to remove the filler (by injecting hyaluronidase) first, then wait and see what happens....

You can do either or both on the same day.  I suggest a formal consultation with an expert in fat injections and go to someone that uses PRP with the fat to prolong the effect/increase longevity.  Best, Dr. Emer.
