I have loose skin on the inside of the forearm. Will a c02 laser tighten up this skin? I don't want to do the other lasers I have tried them and they do NOT work
Answer: Recommend doing Morpheus8 to help tighten any loose skin. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Co2 Laser and Loose Skin This is not a treatment for loose skin. Please try externally venus legacy, velshape or thermage... internally VASER, ThermiRF, SmartLipo. I have great success in treating this area also with sculptra injections. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: CO2 and loose skin Good afternoon. In a word - no. Fractional CO2 laser does cause skin tightening to be sure, and you can even see it during the procedure. However, off the face, the risk of complications goes up significantly. We treat necks commonly but at very conservative settings. Chests are rarely treated, and you have to be extremely careful.I would not recommend CO2 for the arms, as the risk of permanent depigmenation of the skin and scar is high unless you used ultra-conservative settings. At these settings, you're unlikely to see any difference in skin tightening.Hope that helped!

Answer: CO2 Hi Cathy, the co2 laser is mostly to reduce dark spots from the sun, age, etc. Also helps reduce the wrinkles and improve the quality of the skin. To tighten the skin is better if you try smart lipo.
