I had a full tummy tuck with liposuction done about 20 weeks ago. Despite having weak/thin fascia the results have been phenomenal (which I want to keep)! I’ve religiously worn the binder, because the swelling can be uncomfortable when I’m out of it. My surgeon told me that I no longer needed that level of support so to stop wearing it (except exercise). But should I? I don’t plan to wear this forever, but the flap area is still firm and uncomfortable. Would Spanx really be better?
