Which laser is best to remove pigmentation spots on legs? (Photos)

I’m 34 years old and have been dealing with a significant increase in pigmentation spots specifically on my legs and arms. I have done Musely spot treatment creams on and off for years. I avoid the sun while using the cream and the spots seem to fade but my skin is also just lighter in general. As soon as I use ANY fake tanner or get a spray tan of any sort the spots are on full display and look aweful (Mainly my legs). I’ve done some research but really just want them gone and have no idea what laser treatment is best because there are so many options out there. I avoid wearing shorts and hide my legs all the time because I hate my spots. Please let me know what your reccomendations are. My husband and I have a trip planned in June this year and I’d love to be able to wear shorts and feel confident. Thank you
