Is BBL safe to be used for pigmentation around the eyes and eyelids?

Hi there, I recently went in for a BBL Forever Clear treatment which is my third so far and the doctor suggested doing around my eyes including lids. She I'm sure changed the settings and the head used on the device but my question is is BBL safe to be used like this for pigmentation around the eyes?
