BBL laser has made redness and broken capillaries worse, is there anything you can recommend? (Photos)

Question

I had 2 treatments of BBL laser for redness and broken capillaries on my face. After both treatments my face seemed to be less red and couldn’t see the capillaries. 2-3 days after treatment the redness appears and the broken capillaries reappear and look like they multiply. I am 12 weeks post my last treatment and do not see any improvement. My doctor has prescribed azealic acid for the redness but this isn’t helping. Is my skin perm damaged and is there anything you can recommend please.

BBL works by targeting the underlying causes of rosacea and visible capillaries, such as dilated blood vessels and excess pigmentation. To achieve lasting and optimal results, it's important to finish the entire BBL treatment protocol, which typically involves multiple sessions (usually 3-6 treatments spaced about 2-4 weeks apart). 
Why "More" Can Happen at FirstIt’s normal to sometimes experience temporary increased redness or darkening in the areas being treated, particularly after the initial sessions. While it may feel counterintuitive, this is something to expect and it doesn’t mean the treatment isn’t working. 
Vascular Response: BBL targets blood vessels by using light energy that heats and constricts the dilated vessels. In some cases, this can cause the blood vessels to temporarily appear darker before they break down and are naturally absorbed by the body. This darkening effect is usually temporary and part of the healing process. As the body clears away the treated vessels, your skin will gradually look clearer.
Skin Healing and Regeneration: BBL stimulates collagen production and skin regeneration, which can sometimes cause temporary irritation or redness in the treated areas. This is your skin healing and improving, so while it might seem like things are getting worse for a short time, they are actually improving beneath the surface.
