Does Broadband Light (BBL) reduce facial fat?

Hi, l had 3 sessions bbl lazer for my rosacea. Does bbl laser has any side effects like reducing facial fat? My doctor says l can have a session yearly to keep my rosacea but l’m scared of side effects in the long run.
