I got smart lipo to get rid of double chin over a year ago it helped a little with the double chin but left a little fat deposit at front of chin, I went back to get it fixed a year later and its been 1 month and fat deposit still there feels hard now like scaring and in addition now I have this tightness below my neck with a scar and shriveled skin, is this normal? is there anyway to correct this without further surgery?

Keep in mind, Smart Lipo needs a combination approach to get the best results. I recommend adding thermage, ultherapy, exilis. VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF is an alternative for contouring the chin, but would require more downtime. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. I definitely appreciate your concern, especially as this was a follow-up procedure to an earlier liposuction that left you dissatisfied with your results. However, even on a small target area like a double chin, it still takes several weeks to a few months or more before you'll see your final contours. Try to relax and let your body heal, and check back with your surgeon if you haven't seen the results you'd hoped for by about 6 months after your Smartlipo™.
