I agree with you that it really shows no change at all. I only use Smart Lipo at the end of the regular liposuction procedure, usually power assisted and the Smart Lipo is only helpful for increasing skin contraction. You should ask your surgeon how much fat he extracted to assess why you do not have results. From your pictures, a full torso liposuction should be able to extract at least 8 lbs. of fat. Good luck.

Smart lipo can take about 6-9 months for final results.   At this point it is often too soon to tell the final result.  Inner thighs/knees have low collagen content and tends to contract slower than other areas in the body.  Be patient, continue to use your compression garment and diet control can help the final result!

You may have some swelling which can last 3-6 months after Smart Lipo. it is hard to tell from you photo. if the fat was removed yet you still have excessive curvature it could be that your abdominal wall is not flat or you may have some spine curvature... pinch the areas that were done.. is there still alot of fat there?

Following Smartlipo™, I tell my patients they should see their results by about 6 months post-surgery, though of course this varies by individual to some extent. At 4 months, however, I'd expect that you should see at least some improvement. Perhaps try following up again with your surgeon's office in another month and see if anything can be done. Hello,It is very crucial to have a clear conversation during consultation on what to expect and what can be done.It is significant investment and it still may work out the best to talk to your physician and have re-evaluation. Looks basically unchanged. Did your surgeon measure the amount of melted/liposuctioned fat was actually aspirated? Often we measure it and the more the better as it represents destroyed fat. It is in a liquid form but it gives a sense of volume removed. Also, see if the surgeon will repeat the surgery for you. This is often done with the patient covering the anaestheologist fees but the surgery is free. Although more time may reveal improvement over what you have now, I don't thing you will see much change.........hopefully I'm wrong!Talk with your surgeon and review what he actually said should be your results. Good luck.

It seems that you did not get any result. While the results of Smart Lipo may take 6 months to see, you should see some improvement at 4 months. It may be best to start with a discussion with your surgeon to see what can be done.
