You have posted that you had this procedure 10 days ago. This is about my time frame for car driving. However riding a motorcycle is much more active than diving a car. For that reason, I usually recommend no motor riding for 3 weeks. Call your surgoen's office and ask this question. They are the one who will need to fix what you brake.
Thank you for your question. Please follow the recovery instructions provided by your board certified facial plastic surgeon, and feel free to reach out to your medical team with any questions.Best wishes,
Its best to ask these questions of your surgeon. I usually advise waiting about a month after surgery, although depending on how you heal, three weeks is also feasible.
I recommend following up with your surgeon about their recommendations for helmets after your necklift. To improve final results, we will often do a kybella and ultherapy about 4-6 weeks after neck lift to get more of an outcome. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
It can take several weeks or longer for swelling to fully dissipate and up to six months for incision lines to mature. You might want to look into a good helmet strap that would give you a little more comfort. Most importantly, speak with your plastic surgeon so he or she can evaluate you and determine when you're ready to return to recreational motorcycle riding. Drive safely and good luck!
This is a question that you should be asking your plastic surgeon. We tell patients that they are unable to drive while taking pain medication. This is usually after about a week following a necklift. However, wearing a helmet and the head positioning required for riding a motorcycle is more intensive. We would not recommend riding a motorcycle for at least 6 weeks. Regardless of anyone's advice, you should be asking your surgeon this question.
You might consider lymphatic massage, ultrasound, and radio frequency treatments to help speed up the healing. Its always wise to follow up with your surgeon.
Get rid of that turkey neck and jowls with a little lower face/neck lift under local and see an amazing result. It is very easy to undergo and look so natural.
Thank you for your question. I suggest that you consult with your board certified facial plastic surgeon because you are early in the healing process, and can begin exploring revision options if necessary. Best wishes,
