I believe you are referring to the crease between the buttock and the back of the thigh (aka infragluteal fold). Unfortunately this Ford is entirely dependent upon genetic variation. Depending upon the starting anatomy, adding volume to the buttock with the buttock implants, and as they settle into place, this fold may become more evident and/or pronounced...but no guarantees. Glad to be of help
It seems a buttock implant would be a great solution to your problem. An in person or virtual consultation would be necessary. Please be sure to choose a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this procedure and is well known in the medical community.
I would avoid surgically attempting to make a gluteal crease. This tends to almost always lead to unhappy results with disfigurement that’s very difficult to correct. Some people have a defined crease and some do not. Personally I prefer the look without the crease but regardless making one is some thing that should be left to the hands of God.Human attempts fail miserably.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD

Dear Jmnkh86, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. In a lot of cases, fat transfer provides good improvement in symmetry. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more...
There are currently only two acceptable surgical options for augmenting and enhancing the buttock/hip area: 1) Brazilian Butt Lift (aka BBL) - utilizing the patients own fat from liposuction then transferring it into the buttock and/or hips and 2) Buttock and cosmetic Hip Implants (soft silicone...
Hello, thank you for the question. Liposuction can help to contouring your buttocks. Make sure to visit a board-certified plastic surgeon to analyze the best options for you. Best of lucks. Dr. Luis Mejia
Dear pblaschka, fat transfer is a cosmetic procedure which will not affect your sacral pain. I suggest you to visit your doctor and get an examination in order to find the right cause of your pain. Daniel Barrett, MD Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, American...
