My left butt cheek is smaller than right cheek and it is noticeable. I have scolioses and I think that is the reason. What procedure can I have to fix this problem? I am very scared to get surgery.

Unfortunately this cannot be fixed without surgery. Regarding surgical options, you will mostly come across fat transfer (a.k.a. Brazilian butt lift, “BBL”) and buttock implants. The main difference is that the buttock implants are a much more reliable, predictable and permanent option. You’ll likely need implants in both sides to make them look the same size and shape in the end. Another big advantage is, the buttock implants can be custom-made to account for your natural asymmetry.Glad to help.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
