28 year old female. I'm wondering about jowls and lip area. Does it appear I have jowls? Also have weird pouches by lips (Photo)

Thank you for your question. It is difficult to make an accurate assessment and recommendations based on photographs alone. I recommend you seek an in-person consultation with a facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon who can perform a thorough examination and recommend the best treatment options to address your goals. Based on limited view of your photographs, you appear to still have a nicely defined jawline. You have a fuller, rounded face at baseline that may be contributing to the fuller/heavier appearance you are seeing around your mouth area. Your surgeon can discuss with you to see whether non-surgical treatment options such as filler can help shift the heavy look away from your lower face. 

I would not recommend thread lifts in your case. I would be hesitant to recommend filler in your case. You have a very youthful looking face. Volume loss is not your issue. However, if the area along the jawline in front of the jowls is bother you, you could consider treatment of the prejowls with a small amount of a flexible gel HA filler like Restylane Defyne. 

Hi and thank you for your question. You have a beautiful, youthful and a full face. Enjoy it! I do not see any jowls or fullness in your neck. I also do not like threads and do not think it is an option for you. 

Thanks for your question and pictures. You are definaty too young to have jowls. I one frontal view it looks like the buccal fat pad is a little prominent. The neck is full under the chin too. Speak to a board certified plastic surgeon in consultation as these issues can be dealt with if you desire some contouring but threads are a definite mistake. Hope this helps. 

I don't think that you have jowls. You have the round face of youth which will not last forever. You definitely should not let anyone put any threads in your face. I think that you are beautiful the way you are but if you are focused on this area and fixing it will make you happy you can have a little filler put in so that you will have one smooth continuous jawline from chin back

I would recommend a long term filler such as Radiesse which lasts 1-2 years placed in the Nasolabial folds and in the oral commissures around the mouth.This filler will gradually be replaced by collagen and so will give a permanent result without a permanent filler.
To give better definition around the jawline and chin I would use Lipodissolve injections (phosphotidyldeoxycholate). This uses the body's natural process to melt fat via injection and tightens the skin as well via the body's natural healing process. 

. You still have a baby face and most people wish they could have that at your age. As you continue to age, your face will become thinner and become somewhat more defined. The appearance of jowls is only there because you have a small lack of fat in front of the jowl closer to the chin making the chin look pinched. A small amount of filler in that area may help. You could absolutely have filler placed in this area. I would avoid surgery at this point. A little filler will help soften the area and you would not need much. Kybella is a great option to breakdown fat cell's under the chin area. Another option is having the fat surgically removed with submental liposuction. Both are great option's depending on what you feel most comfortable with. 

Thank you for your question and pictures.  I would not recommend filler for your face as you have a youthful, full appearance.  If you would like to tone and help slightly improve the texture of the skin to give it a radiant glow (and maybe give you the pick me up you are looking for) I would suggest some non-surgical rejuvenation treatments such as radio frequency or laser skin tightening treatments.  One treatment that is performed in my office and is popular among the youth is called Forma by Inmode.  It uses radio frequency to tone and tighten the skin.  This just may be the treatment that you are looking for.
