Hardness in lips after filler. It will not allow me to move my lips in certain ways such as a “kiss” pout. Will this go away?

Its been three days after getting 2ml of filler in my lips. The swelling has mostly gone down and my lips look good and smooth, no bumps or lumps. However, my lips feel very solid and hard. It will not allow me to move my lips in certain ways such as a “kiss” pout. Will this go away? I want my lips to be flexible and able to move and if fillers cause stiffness that never goes away until filler is dissolved then I was unaware.
