I was naturally a full d did a breast lift wit 450 cc HP implants. I'm hoping in the first week they are very swollen Does the swelling and then dropping make a huge difference in size ?

Answer: Implant size Thanks for your question. I believe that I answered this yesterday, but will try again. You do have a large implant, but it appears even larger right now b/c of swelling and the fact that they haven't had time to drop. At 6 weeks you'll have a better idea. Best of Luck!

Answer: I'm worried my implants are way too big, will they become smaller once the swelling goes down? Hello Carroll, Thank you for your question and congratulation for your recent operation. In the first few weeks, the breasts tend to be swollen, usually look too large and too high. Depending on the amount of breast tissue you had before the operation, there is on average a reduction of 1/2 to 1 cup side and they look much more natural. No need to worry yet.
