Do I need a tummy tuck? Full or mini? Or will J Plasma help? (Photos)

I would be very concerned about doing anything other than a full tummy tuck to get you looking your best.  While I am excited about new technology to tighten the skin, I have not seen results that come even close to a tummy tuck by any liposuction,  laser, or other applied energy technology.

You
are an excellent candidate for an abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement, if
you are not planning future pregnancies. 
The typical tummy tuck tightens the lining of the muscle called
fascia.  The use of mesh reinforces this
making it stronger than the original.

In response to your question and based on your photos, I would recommend a full tummy tuck. Liposuction does not address skin elasticity and I believe a full tummy tuck would be the best option to address your concerns. Be sure to set up an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon who specializes in this procedure.

question. Based on your photograph, you are a better candidate for a full tummy tuck
with liposuction.  This can be done
through a low and short incision, all completely below the bikini line.  The belly button can be designed to look
natural and have no scars on the exterior.  
Your muscles can also be plicated resulting in a flat abdomen.  Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.  The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
you in person.
