I'm trans and was wondering if I can get FFS without having to go though HRT for a year prior?

HRT helps stabilize your hairline so it is important if you don't wear a wig and want forehead surgery.  Otherwise, it may fill in your cheeks a little but doesn't do too much for your face.  FFS is possible any time.

You don't need to be on HRT before undergoing facial feminization procedures. It is helpful with hair loss if that's an issue. Best wishes. 

It is certainly possible to undergo facial feminization without being on HRT for a year.  HRT is more important when dealing with breast surgery.
