Hello. Great question. You will need a medical clearance from your specialist. Clearance will state you can undergo a cosmetic surgical procedure.
We have fixed so many patients who have this problem but you need to see a doc who does the PAL tum. liposuction to really get the fibrous scar tissue out. It is totally fixable.
