I am 166lbs, 5'7 have a square shape: *I am a 34AA -wanting to go to a small C (just want full breast and nice cleavage) *My hips are none existent -wanting a lower diamond (Waist to hip) *I have a nice enough butt - needing more projection in the derrière. Options? Saline Breast implants? Lipo of my upper/lower back, flanks,upper/lower abdomen, inner thighs, arms (accumulated fat to Hips)? Butt Implants with BBL for fullness? Would this be obtainable with my body? I want drastic changes!!?

I suggest you see an expert who treats a lot of trans patients and has a practice dedicated to body contouring and shaping.  Also, it is important that the fat harvested is prepared with PRP to help increase the fat take and help it last.  Fat transfer requires a meticulous surgeon...
