So I am 24, 5'7 166lbs & I am transgender. I want curves! I am looking for a surgeon who can perform liposuction to my arms, upper & lower back, sides, and abdomen, and fat transfer to my hips, butt, and breast. I am extremely boxy, but I wasn't like this early on in my transition. This will be my first surgery I will be doing. I come from a family of curvy women and I just wanna fit in. Pictures are attached of what I look like now and what I am wishing for.

I suggest you see an expert who treats a lot of trans patients and has a practice dedicated to body contouring and shaping.  Also, it is important that the fat harvested is prepared with PRP to help increase the fat take and help it last.  Fat transfer requires a meticulous surgeon with experience. I would suggest to consider implants for your breasts, and fat injection in your hips and buttocks plus implants, in order to create your desire look. The first thing you have to realize is that your wish results are not obtainable. You simply do not have enough fat to obtain such extreme results. You would have invest all the fat you could harvest into just one body area albeit the breasts, buttock or hips. And even then the results would at best be only half of what you desire.
