I suggest you see an expert who treats a lot of trans patients and has a practice dedicated to body contouring and shaping.  Also, it is important that the fat harvested is prepared with PRP to help increase the fat take and help it last.  Fat transfer requires a meticulous surgeon with experience. The first thing you have to realize is that your wish results are not obtainable. You simply do not have enough fat to obtain such extreme results. You would have invest all the fat you could harvest into just one body area albeit the breasts, buttock or hips. And even then the results would at best be only half of what you desire.
