I am having trouble finding a good resource on transgender Mtf body contouring and fat transfer. Does anyone know of a resource? I'm curious about what can really be achieved through this process and the costs associated with it. Can the view from the back change substantially from male to female? Would it be better to gain weight prior to this surgery? Is there any advice?
Hello! Seeking guidance on procedures to align my appearance with my gender identity (feasibility and potential course of action). I'm 30yo, BMI 30 and open to expert opinions. Interested in hip implants, liposuction and butt implants, inspired by the model photo attached. Your insights would be valued. While I aspire to emulate the photo as an inspiration, I recognize it's an ideal / reference rather than a concrete result. I am interested in the narrower waist and fuller buttocks.
Good day, I'm wondering if a BBL can be done without hormones. I ask this, because I've already have an androgynously physique, I train hard at the gym, I squat, do good-mornings lifts, hips adduction and abduction, etc. The results of my training speak pretty well, I want to push the envelop with a surgical procedure to make my body with feminine features and keeping masculine features. BTW, I got an abdominal lipo before. I wonder if fat can be harvest from chest, upper back, chin, underarms.
Hi, I'm 45 years old transgender woman. I'm very interested to feminize my whole body with the 360 bbl. Any recommendations? Here are a few pictures in different angles. Thanks in advance.

Im wondering if it would be possible to reduce the size of certain bone features, perhaps with near-constant pressure, or with surgical intervention. The features I have in mind are the heads of the phalanges (regarding width) and the ulnar head (the bump on the medial wrist). I would like to reduce the size of these by only a few millimeters, and Im wondering if there is any possible way to achieve this, even hypothetically, even if there are no current procedures with this aim. Thank you!
I am 61 year old MTF trans woman. I have been largely sedentary for 3 years due to an auto accident. Naturally, I have gained a lot of weight. Also what order should I have the following procedures done: Facial Feminization Feminizing Top Surgery Tummy Tuck Body Contouring Brazilian Butt Lift Vaginoplasty
Hello. I'm Transmasc Non-Binary person whose biggest problem is my height. I am 173cm tall (5'6) I would like to be 5'11 or 6'0 tall. I am unsure if there's anything I can do about that but I hope that someone here could potentially help me
I am looking to get feminine body contouring surgery. Assuming I had enough fat for the procedure, is it possible to add some fat tho the thighs for a fuller look? Or would something like that be more appropriate for a follow up surgery after healing and gaining some more weight?
