I'm 5' 10", and weigh 185. I have a decent but for a guy but I am transgender and live part time as a female. I'd love nothing more than to enhance my shape with lipo on my flanks and back, to create a smaller waist, to add as much volume as possible to my rear and and hips, for a truly feminine figure.

Answer: Can I get a round, feminine butt and hips with lipo and Brazilian Butt Lift? I think that redistributing the fat from those areas to the hips and buttocks is a reasonable idea. I have many patients who have asked for the same thing.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
