Can I get a round, feminine butt and hips with lipo and Brazilian Butt Lift? (photos)

I'm 5' 10", and weigh 185. I have a decent but for a guy but I am transgender and live part time as a female. I'd love nothing more than to enhance my shape with lipo on my flanks and back, to create a smaller waist, to add as much volume as possible to my rear and and hips, for a truly feminine figure.

from your photos you seem to be a good candidate for a BBL however, depending on how big you want your buttocks to be you may need more fat than you have. You should consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to go over your options.
