Hello! Seeking guidance on procedures to align my appearance with my gender identity (feasibility and potential course of action). I'm 30yo, BMI 30 and open to expert opinions. Interested in hip implants, liposuction and butt implants, inspired by the model photo attached. Your insights would be valued. While I aspire to emulate the photo as an inspiration, I recognize it's an ideal / reference rather than a concrete result. I am interested in the narrower waist and fuller buttocks.

Dear Energetic358918, thanks for sharing your concerns, it is totally possible to get you almost near to your wish outcome, you look like a great candidate for Vaser Liposuction and BBL, this is just guessing, will be good to see appropiate pictures from your body to determine, I do suggest to take a sit with your surgeon and talk about it, discuss your desires and listen his or her recommendation about, in order to meet your expectations.
