Dr Parin is an amazing surgeon and i would really highly recommend.
I went for liposuction and skin removal post weight loss.
He did an amazing job and I am very pleased with my results.
Post surgery he really looked after me and checked up frequently to make sure I was healing correctly.

I was referred to Dr. Tatsanavivat by a friend in Bali and traveled to Thailand to be treated by him. Dr. T. was extremely personable and reassuring. He was candid about what I should realistically expect as an outcome from my procedures and was extremely willing to listen to my concerns.

Dr. T. made sure that I understood all aspects of the procedures I was having done (surgical treatment for skin laxity in several areas) and was incredibly sensitive to my concerns. He was also extremely gentle during and after the procedures, as evidenced by the minimal bruising and scarring I experienced post-procedures.

I am very happy with the results of my surgery and will be returning to see him if and when the need arises again in the future.

Dr. Parin is an exceptional doctor in Bangkok. I consulted him for abdominal etching and a fat implant on a previous surgery revision. I feel very honoured to be able to now say that I am a patient of Dr Parin Tatsanavivat. I am10 days post having had a lip lift & lipo procedure abroad under the care of Dr Parin. Travelling overseas alone to have surgery certainly comes with a roller-coaster ride of emotions. From the most catastrophic thoughts of 'what if I die alone overseas'... and 'what if it all goes terribly wrong', to the most exciting thoughts & sense of achievement that I've worked hard to get to this point to achieve something important to me.  Some might let the intense fear involved become a barrier to pursuing the goal. And maybe I would have too.... Except... There's Dr Parin Tatsanavivat. From the moment i reached out to him with my photos & 1 thousand questions, my fears were allayed. His superior expertise, along with his kind & gentle & nurturing manner relieved all my anxiety. I had extensive communication with him prior to (and even after) making the final decision to book in! Yet nothing was too much. He responded with clarity and kindness every time until I arrived to the Siam Swan Clinic. My procedures went so smoothly. The lip lift & lipo around my waist seemed effortless for Dr P. And I know that bc I elected to have it all under Local Anaesthetic, so I was awake with awareness of the whole procedure, the whole time! When i think about it now, I realise that giving me this option truly shows how confidence & skill. No one else would allow for his patient to be awake and privy to everything going on! Weird concept... Being awake. But sooo many benefits. No horrible aftermath of sedation & nausea that I would have experienced under General, and of course none of the GA physical risks. I was alert and mobile after it was all done, and after a short rest in the recovery room, I was in a taxi enroute back to the hotel.

Day 10... The swelling has markedly reduced (though still has a way to go)  and I can see great results already. I have a waist again already (albeit despite the swelling), and my lip has been lifted perfectly... Enough to give me a natural yet much more feminine look. The suture line under my nose is virtually invisible, as are the small incision points where the cannula was inserted for the Lipo. What an expert he is with that needle! But my gratitude goes even deeper than the results believe it or not. It's also the added benefits... The honest & affordable cost, the comforting bedside manner, the clear & constant communication and explanation through the whole process, the kind assisting staff by my side during the procedure itself, and the utterly clean & modern surgical facility.... The whole experience was fabulous, during a time when I was at my most vulnerable.

I'd recommend Dr P & the Siam Swan Clinic to anyone, and I'm sure I'll be returning in the future!

I had vaser lipo revision with Dr. Parin six months ago and is loving the result. I did not have high expectations for the revision, given all the research and feedback that I had read regarding other people's outcome. However, I decided to take a chance on Dr. Parin, as the botched lipo affected my confidence for years. I couldn't be happier with the entire process from the initial inquiry with Dr. Parin, through to after care. Dr. Parin contacted me several times and even a few weeks after my surgery. Dr Parin is an outstanding doctor in Bangkok. I came to see him for lipo and revision. He is a very skillful doctor and has eye for details. Very patient and understanding. Constantly check if I am feeling ok and make me feel calm all the time as I was very nervous to go thru this again after a bad experience from my previous lipo by another dr (not in Bangkok). Dr Parin is very confident and does not give empty promises. He speaks very good English and we have no problem in communication. He is very attentive and humour at the same same. He put my safety first and I have never felt pressured at all. Clinic is very modern and clean. My procedure was smooth and recovery was easy. Very impressed with the result even though only one week post. Very happy with what I see. People may think it is unsafe to have surgery overseas because they read the bad reports and some good reviews may not be true. However there are very good doctors like Dr Parin.

I'm European and I stayed in Bangkok for couple months and friend recommended me Dr. Parin. It is already a year and half later and I am STILL IN LOVE with the results. The stubborn fat is gone. (Of course you need to care about yourself to sustain the results) He provided detailed explanation before, carried out the procedure painlessly and carefully, answered any concern, explained how the healing will look like, gave an aftercare kit and scheduled after procedure checkup. Dr. Parin is the best doctor of liposuction in Thailand so far. I used to have other liposuctions at another clinics and hospitals but the outcome can't compare with the result that Dr. Parin have done to me. One more thing, the price of liposuction in Thailand is cheaper than doing the same procedure in Europe or in North America.

Siam Swan clinic locate in the centre of Bangkok, it is quite convinent to arrive by subway and public transportation. Moreover, the safety of patient has been considered seriouly at the clinic

Hence, I strongly recomments Dr. Parin for liposuction.

Dr Parin has been very helpful throughout the entire course from consultation to removal of stitches! I went in October 2023 for consultation and he was very patient in explaining the details and possible outcome from the bullhorn lip lift surgery.

I visited his clinic again in November 2023 for the actual surgery and his staff also assisted in fixing the appointment and the entire process was easy and smooth. During the surgery where I was under LA, Dr Parin was very detailed in explaining what was going on and what he was going to do. That gave me a big assurance on what's happening during the surgery.

Dr Parin is also very well versed in English and communication with him was perfect. He is very genuine in opinion and is definitely not pushy on his services!
