Pneumonia 10 Weeks Post Op Tummy Tuck. Could It Be the Cause?

I had a tummy tuck about 10 weeks ago and I ended up with cellulitis at about 5 weeks out. I healed from that but I had 2 incision openings because they had to drain the fluid. Now, I have pneumonia. I ended up in the ER with a low grade fever and shortness of breath. They diagnosed me with pneumonia and gave antibiotics(oral). So my question is could the TT issues be the cause? Because my wounds were open for like 4 weeks. Also, my upper abs are extremely tender. The PS says this is normal.
