It is important you see a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in penile enhancement and rejuvenation. Penile enhancement is something I do everyday. Penile enlargement should not be considered with permanent PMMA injections because you will likely develop longterm complications if your body mounts an inflammatory response to filler.

This is absolutely the worst idea I could imagine. I think you will have potential for complications such as nodules and pain which are hard to take care of easily. If you need a procedure for this, the only viable solution imo is fat grafting by a specialist in doing this procedure. 

I agree with Dr. Weiner.  Bellafill to enlarge penile girth would be a potential disaster and likely fraught with problems.  This is simply a bad idea.  Run as fast and as far as you can from the doctor who suggested that.
