How long do I have to wear a bandeau? (photos)

Question

How long do I have to wear a bandeau for? Its uncomfortable and hard to find clothes to cover it. My PS said it helps with them dropping. How long does it take to drop? Had surgery on 5-9-16. 425cc silicon under the muscle, 5'9" 140lbs, was a 34B before BA.

Thanks for your question and the photos. AT DAY8 you already have a great result. The bandeau is not necessary in my opinion as you are not high riding. I don't feel like it helps implants drop at all it just covers up the top so patients are less freaked out. The reality is that if the muscle has been released, then the implants will drop coinciding with the loss of swelling in the muscle. I think you are going to be very pleased. Best of Luck!

Thanks for your inquiry and pictures. I anticipate that your surgeon will have you wear your bandeau until the implants fall to your desired position.  Implants can continue to fall for up to several months.  Please ask your surgeon what your time estimate may be, good luck.
