Thank you for your question. Doing some minor liposuction and fat grafting is a great option to help smooth out the hip contour. If you are looking for something non-surgical, then Sculptra is an option to help smooth out the contour. It works by stimulating your own collagen to create enough volume to get the contour you are looking for.
Thank you very much for sharing your concerns with us.After having analyzed your Info. and photos, i realize that you have a very beautiful body, hidden in some abdominal fat tissue, a dent in the left hip and an inesthetical TT sacar.I recommend improve your body contour performing abdomen, waist and back Liposculpture. We take some fat to correct the dent on the left hip, and the other remaining to make a Brazilian Butt Lift, improving your posterior contour. Finally, i recommend an TT scar revision, to get a more delicate abdominal scar.Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
I'm not completely convinced I see what is bothering you. A concavity due to deficient fat can be treated with a fat graft. If the other side has too much fat this can be treated by liposuction for the purposes of generating symmetry.
There is a large component of scoliosis in your body structure that highlights the indentations. Fixing it can be difficult if it is not addressed prior to surgery. Consult with a surgeon about your concerns.Dr. ResultsMiami, FL
Thanks for your question. You overall look to have a good result. The small areas pf asymmetry can be addressed with a combination of liposuction and fat grafting. I suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in fat grafting for an evaluation. Best Regards.
Thank you for your picture. It is possible to improve this contour. It may require a couple of sessions of fat grafting. I would recommend several consultations with board certified plastic surgeons.

There is some asymmetry that can be corrected with liposuction and fat grating. It is hard to sat why you have this asymmtery without before pictures and physical examination. Please see my profile pictures for example.
You likely are seeing a contouring irregularity in your hip. Did you have liposuction in that area? If this is indeed the case, you may benefit from a combo of liposuction and or fat grafting/transfer to blending this area better. However, a physical exam is required to make any formal recommendations. please see a board certified plastic surgeon to learn more about your options. best wishes,Dr. BasuHouston, TX
