Hi Sophia, Thanks so much for providing your photos and question about your tummy tuck scar.  You seem to have a very nice result, however it would be helpful to view your before photos also.  In terms of scar healing I completely agree with Dr. Lee in that you're still very early out and scars can take up to one year to lighten (in some cases can take up to two years).  In general it's a good idea to keep fresh scars out of the sun so consider using a product with a high percentage of zinc oxide.  Also discuss a scar regimen with your plastic surgeon.  Very best to you.  -Dr. Brian Coan

3 months is still quite early for scars to fade. Consider scar massage and sun avoidance and take some time for your body to heal. You have a great result. Talk to your prs about your concerns and be patient with your body as far as healing.

I think your belly button looks fine and your scar is looking good.  You may want to ask your PS about a scar regimen to help the healing.

I think what you are unhappy about is that the scar is more "outside" than "inside" and the overall appearance is flat rather than hooded at the top.  I do not think that it will change.  But revision is possible.  Talk to your plastic surgeon about your concerns.
