Yes, you most certainly can have a
CoolSculpting treatment, if you are a candidate.  The fat cells are metabolized by the liver

Yes, you can have Coolsculpting with one kidney, if you're a candidate. The fat cells that are destroyed during the procedure are metabolized by the liver and therefore, your kidney will be unaffected by CoolSculpting. For best results with Coolsculpting, a combination approach is needed. I recommend adding radiofrequency treatments like Vanquish, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra for skin tightening and with Z wave/Cellutone for skin smoothing. This is a great question. Actually, the good new is that CoolSculpting will have no effects on the kidneys, as the dead cells will be filtered out by the liver. And, even though the fat cells will be removed by the liver, it happens at such a slow rate over a period of months, that no damage is possible to the liver as well. CoolSculpting is a remarkably safe and effective way to permanently remove fat cells from the body. Good luck with everything!

There has never been shown to have any adverse effect on kidney function, with Coolsculpting. You should be "good to go!" :)

As the dead fat cells are processed out of the body by the liver, you should have no issues only having one kidney. The fat is processed by the liver, not the kidney and therefore should not affect your kidney.

Cool Sculpting will not damage your kidney.  The fat cells that are destroyed are taken out by macrophages in the blood stream.  Macrophages are like "scavengers" which remove cellular debris and foreign particles in the system.  Therefore, no harmful effects occur to other organs in the body.

There is no additional strain placed on your kidney's after Coolsculpting.  The fat is metabolized through the usual fat metabolism and does not clear through the kidneys.  Hope that helps.

You can have Coolsculpting if you are qualified for the treatment, fat is transferred by lymphatic system and proccessed by liver.
