I lost a bunch of weight, and I can't seem to lose any on my mons pubis. When looking at my mons at a profile angle, it's a huge bulge! I have a lot of fat there that just won't go. I've considered lipo, but would love to have the option for a non-invasive procedure. Is coolsculpting be something I should consider?

While CoolSculpting is wonderful in de-bulking fatty areas, unfortunately I think you're more of a full tummy tuck candidate as it will also address the loose hanging skin, achieving optimum results. I's suggest scheduling an in-person consultaiton with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area to discuss your surgical options and expectations. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction, which can be performed at the same time as a tummy tuck/skin removal. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result.
