I had silicone implants under the muscle almost 3 years ago. I started back to the gym and using weights. I have notice that my left breast is sore. It's not the same type of sore that you would have after straining a muscles. I have done a breast exam and do not feel any lumps. But it feels like the pain is coming from under the implant. My breasts look the same and I don't think that they are damaged. Could my weight lifting be the reason for this pain that started a few days ago?
