Is there a plastic surgery procedure to make your vagina smaller? I hate my vagina its puffy and fat, have trouble looking for pants because of it.

It's unclear from your description specifically what you don't like. The vagina itself can be tightened called a vaginoplasty. A large Mons can be treated by liposuction easily with local anesthesia only. The labia can also be adjusted in size in volume.

Good morning!There are a variety of procedures used to enhance your vulva labia and vagina- excess fatty tissue can be either liposuctioned or excised depending upon the type of tissue of concern.  There are also vaginal tightening procedures to narrow your vaginal canal- most of these procedures can be performed under local anesthesia or intravenous sedation.I hope this helps

Thank you for your question and for sharing your concerns with us.  A consultation would help to determine exactly which areas you are referring to.  However, if it is the area to the sides and above your vagina, then liposuction of the mons region (monsplasty) can help reduce the bulk here.  If it is the folds or inner lips of the vagina, then a labiaplasty procedure can reduce this as well.  I would visit with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss your concerns in more detail and develop options with you.

There are several areas that can be treated.  If you feel there is too much fat above the pubic area, that can be reduced with liposuction or a lift. If you feel the vaginal lips are too prominent, they can be reduced also. You need to see a board-certified plastic surgeon and discuss your exact goals to see if surgery is an option.

Based on your question it sounds as if your mons pubis which is prominent area above the area of the vagina and below the abdomen is quite prominent.  This is due to excessive fat.  This area can be liposuctioned and contoured to have a more aesthetic result.  This will decrease the prominence when wearing clothing.
