Thank you for your question and photographs and I am sorry to hear about your issues after surgery.  Compression garments are useful after liposuction procedures as they limit post-surgery swelling and pain.  Patients also appreciate the extra support that compression garments afford....

Yes you can get a more hi definition procedure and reshape the area again. I would suggest VASER hi def for a more contoured look.  Best, Dr. Emer.

I have many patients on anabolic steroids.  Each person needs to be evaluated individually in light of the medical reason that they are being treated with steroids.  Taking that evaluation into account I have not found that a person needs to be off of steroids before lipocontouring...
