Will not wearing my compression garment hinder my Lipo outcome and recovery? (photos)

Thank you for your question and photographs and I am sorry to hear about your issues after surgery.  Compression garments are useful after liposuction procedures as they limit post-surgery swelling and pain.  Patients also appreciate the extra support that compression garments afford.  Not wearing your garment will not affect your long-term liposuction results but may make recovery a bit more uncomfortable.  Speak to your surgeon about your garment issues, you may need to try larger garments initially to control your swelling and then resume use of your current garments.  Maintaining your skin moisturized may help with the itching, as well as the use of oral benadryl.  

Wearing some type of support garment is extremely important after liposuction to provide the best result in terms of contour.  Keep looking for a garment that is comfortable, perhaps a cotton lined garment will be better tolerated.
