I got butt injections 13 years ago ( Just a small amount) but now I want to get lipo on my stomach and waist and have the fat put in my buttocks. I want a rounder fuller looking bottom

You can usually get fat transfer after having silicone injections in your buttock. This can be done as long as your buttock feels soft and is not scarred down. From the photos it seems you would be a good candidate.

Silicone may pose an unnecessary risk to fat transfer. In the past, I have cut these areas out and then fat grafted in the future. If the silicone has been injected in the distant past without difficulty, then fat transfer may be appropriate. However, the patient should understand that there is probably an increased risk of problems following the surgery. Consult with a board certified PS via email or Skype to discuss what treatment plan is best for you.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Most likely you would do fine with a BBL but considering the devastating complications that free silicone injections can have a question if it’s worth taking the chance.

Should the silicone get contaminated or cause an inflammatory response then you will regret ever thinking of having had a BBL.

Considering your bottom is already quite full it doesn’t seem appropriate in my opinion.

If you pursue this then it’s probably appropriate to get an MRI before the procedure to see exactly where the silicone was placed.

Personally I don’t think I would do the procedure.
