Dear Polite123348,you should be healthy prior to surgery and your lab results should be within normal range. But every plastic surgeon has his own preoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
The normal lymphocyte range in adults is between 1,000 and 4,800 lymphocytes in 1 microliter of blood. A good lymphocytes is usually between 14 and 46%. The way to treat high lymphocyte levels is to treat the disease that is causing it.See what your doctor has to say, because he/she understands the context in which the tests were ordered.
Thank you for your question. I appreciate that your lymphocytes are elevated but I think there needs to be more explanation to those labs. Is this where you normally run? Are you being worked up for anything infectious at the time of the labs being drawn. I would recommend discussing this with your physician that ordered the labs. I think its obvious that if you are fighting an active infection that it would be prudent to be healthy from that before proceeding with surgery as you would not want to get an infection after surgery. Usually this only requires a few days of treatment to see your numbers fall back into the normal range.
Hello, thank you for your question. It depends upon the severity of your lupus. Your rheumatologist and primary care doctors need to discuss this with the plastic surgeon to determine if you should have the surgery.

I do not recommend any vitamins or supplements in healthy patients, but it is important to be getting enough protein and nutrients through a balanced diet. PSs typically provide a list of medications to avoid before a BBL. Follow your board certified PS's guidelines.

Scoliosis by itself will not prevent you from having the Brazilian buttlift procedure. Consult via email, Skype, or in-office with a board certified PS to evaluate your stores of fat to transfer to the buttocks.
Hello, thank you for your question. It seems like you may benefit from a lipo/BBL and a tummy tuck. Fat grafting techniques can be very powerful and can dramatically improve shape. The length of the butt crack would not change. I would search for the board certified...
