Thank you for your question.  I perform eyelash transplant surgery, due to having hair technicians and the longevity of the procedure being extensive, approximately £4,000 would be a guide price.  Please make sure you find a reputable and qualified plastic surgeon who can assess you properly to give you a realistic idea of what outcome you can achieve and give you a formal quotation.  For the first 3 to 4 days after the procedure, tiny crusts are around each transplanted hair, and there can be some pinkness and/or mild swelling to the eyelids.

By 3 to 5 days, other than some residual mild pinkness which fades out by the first week, patients are able to return to normal activities without any sign of having had a procedure. The transplanted hairs fall out at around 2 weeks, and then start to regrow at 3 months, where they will continue to grow for a lifetime.All The Best

I have seen Dr. Alan Bauman present this procedure at a conference. Transplanted eyelashes will never be the same as real eyelashes so your expectations would need to be appropriate for this type of work.
