Cleavage, or how close your breasts are positioned on your chest is determined primarily by where they are before your breast augmentation. There is a little bit of wiggle room in placing the implants but widely spaced breasts such as yours, cannot have kissing cleavage just with implants. However the proper bra can dramatically increase the appearance of cleavage. As your implants drop I do not think your cleavage will increase significantly. Conversely, the lack of roundness at the bottom of your breasts will likely improve as your implants settle. These changes postoperatively are to be expected. The final appearance of your breasts after augmentation will take many months to be apparent. I hope this allays some of your fears.

Thank you for your question. It is not uncommon to have swelling. Breasts may not heal at the same rate, causing one breast to appear different than the other. It can take up to 12 weeks for the implants to settle and you to see the final result. You are still early in the healing process, follow up with your board certified surgeon to address your concern.
