Thank you for your pictures and questions. At 4 weeks from surgery, there is still a lot of healing and settling to take place. It is going to take 3-6 months for your final results to be revealed. During this early healing phase, it is not uncommon for there to be some asymmetry. In fact, is is usually the case. Know that some pre-op asymmetry may be "amplified" by augmentation and that should be considered. Follow closely with your surgeon and follow his or her instructions, but try to be patient. Thank you for your question. It is not uncommon to have swelling. Breasts may not heal at the same rate, causing one breast to appear different than the other. It can take up to 12 weeks for the implants to settle and you to see the final result. Follow up with your board certified surgeon to address your concern. Good luck!

Thank you for your question.  From your photos it appears that you have great symmetry.  You are still very early in your recover, with your final results still being several months away.  The subtle differences noted between your two breasts are the same as you have in your pre operative photos.  You have a great result!
