How common is it for women over 40 to have Rhinoplasty? & Is it a higher risk of death?

I'm older but always have been unhappy w/my nose. Is it to high of a risk? Can a nonsurgical liquid nose job help bulbous tip? I'm in ok health. I have the best surgeon, & ready. But my fear feels very intuitive. What can go wrong? When? During or a week after? I have 2 amazing children I'm all over the place! I can't even put my photo up my self deprication is that bad. Think of Lea Michele bulbous nose that's me!
