I'm older but always have been unhappy w/my nose. Is it to high of a risk? Can a nonsurgical liquid nose job help bulbous tip? I'm in ok health. I have the best surgeon, & ready. But my fear feels very intuitive. What can go wrong? When? During or a week after? I have 2 amazing children I'm all over the place! I can't even put my photo up my self deprication is that bad. Answer: How common is it for women over 40 have a rhinoplasty? As long as you're in good health, there should be no issues related to anesthesia at age 40. We have performed many rhinoplasty procedures on patients in that age range. In our practice, we do not recommend liquid nose jobs for a variety of reasons and complications. Answer: Rhinoplasty concerns I think you must ask yourself why you want cosmetic surgery and why you you self deprecate so much. I would strongly advise you to consult with a Clinical Psychologist to explore these areas as they will be able to help you and will also be able to work out whether surgery can achieve the improvements in your everyday life you are looking for. If you the decide you do want surgery you are likely to find it much more rewarding. A good surgeon will have strong professional links with a Clinical Psychologist and will work together with them to help you.
