To achieve a smaller and more contoured jaw line, would I need a chin lipo?

I don’t want to use filler or implant for anything. I just want the fat between my jaw and chin to be reduced, for a smaller and more contoured jaw line.

You may consider a chin augmentation to improve your jawline combined with liposuction of the sub mental chin and neck. Liposuction of the chin area alone could give improvement as well. Liposuction can be combined with J-Plasma (Renuvion) Cool Helium Plasma for skin tightening of the chin and neck produces consistently good results for appropriate candidates. Price would depend on your geographic location. I would recommend an in person consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.

Neck liposuction is a great option for patients with good skin elasticity and excess fat in the neck and around the jawline. This will remove excess fat and stimulate the skin to contract over time which will improve angulation and definition along the jawline. I recommend seeing an expert for a consultation who can go over this procedure to determine if it will achieve your desired results and the cost of the procedure. I hope this helps!

We would need to see profile photos to see if a chin implant is even possible or desirable.  From the front view, it appears unlikely to be helpful.  It is possible however, to narrow your chin where the arrows are pointing by using a surgical instrument to remove some of the bone along your jaw.  If your chin itself is receded on the profile view, the implant you asked about would help as well, but not by itself.

A full set of facial photographs from all angles are required to make a determination about your neck.  Fatty deposits in the neck  above the platysma muscle can be removed with liposuction, while a neck lift is required to remove fatty deposits below the platysma muscle.  If any fat is removed below the muscle, then a platysma plasty is required.  No skin removal is required as long as the skin tone is acceptable.  For many before and after examples, please see the link and the video below

Hello Ravenl777,In the photos you are showing animation which makes it more difficult to assess the underlying cause for the more full face.  If there is excess fat then liposuction can be an option.  If the muscle is overly strong then sometimes Botox helps to shrink the muscle and better contour the face.  If there is a prominent jaw bone there are more invasive options that can be considered.  Unless you have lax skin causing the problem then a lifting procedure or other energy device would likely not add much.  I'd recommend you undergo an in person consultation with a facial plastic surgeon to learn about the various options and see what is right for you. I hope this helps and good luck.
