I want a much longer looking/more defined jaw. I am uncertain as to how much of it is muscle structure and how much of it is fat. Would a doctor be able to tell me how much of a reduction I’d see from just an in office visit? I don’t want to spend money on a lipo/lift only to find out afterwards it was the structure of my neck. That being said, how much can you change the structure of your neck to fix the slope from neck to chin?
