The right side of my bottom lip doesn't move at all. It looks really weird when I smile or when I talk. I believe that my marginal mandibular nerve might be hurt. However, I've read that a typical lipo won't cut the nerve entirely because a sharp device is not used to suction the fat. But considering I also had that burning laser done; do you think that could have broke the marginal mandibular nerve completely? If I get an electromyography done would that tell me if there's permanent damage?
