I am 34 years old . I am not fat but look old n fat during to my double chinn. I always had it its genetic. Now there are so many things out there . I need to know what should I do. Micro lipo. Smart lipo. Triplex lipo. Vaser and which one is more effective I do understand that I must see a board certified. Which one is less painful and less down time. Please help

It is a procedure done under local anesthesia with 3 to 5 days of downtime. Please meet a board certified plastic surgeon who has all these technologies to speak about the pros and cons of each. VASER (ultrasound) is best for men or where lipo was done before. You would need a consult for precise recommendations either in person or via Skype or FaceTime.

Answer: What procedure is good for my double chin - micro lipo or Smart lipo? = any procedure that involves liposuction Double chin is caused by excess of adipose tissue (fat) under the chin. To remove the double chin it is necessary to undergo a procedure that takes the fat away. Either lipo, microlipo or start lipo takes the fat away since they all include lipo. Smart lipo in addition of lipo tightens the skin with a laser. I only recommend smart lipo in patients with loose skin of the neck, usually in patients above 40 years of age. In my patients in their 30s straight forward chin lipo does a great job.
