This is me. What would be the best testament for my double chin/sagging jowl? Fillers or lipo? What is the difference between sagging jowls and a double chin and how do I know I have the one or the other? I'm 31 btw. Thanks for all your time.

Almost everyone develops at least minor jowls as they age and their skin becomes less elastic. With significant neck sagging you would need a facelift / neck lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). Neck and face liposuction is a great option for patients with good skin elasticity and excess fat in the neck and around the jawline as well as the face. This will remove excess fat and stimulate the skin to contract over time which will improve angulation and definition along the jawline. I recommend seeing an expert for a consultation who can go over this procedure to determine if it will achieve your desired results and the cost of the procedure. I hope this helps!

Jowls refer to the lower cheek area where facial fat falls below the jaw line.  A double chin typically refers to submental or neck fat below the chin.  Both can be effectively treated with Kybella which is a simple office procedure that permanently removes fat in several treatment sessions.
