Hello, I had a rhinoplasty and septoplasty surgey in 2017. As the swelling went down I've noticed that my nose looks deviated specifically due to a bump on the right side of my nasal bridge. I'm not sure if it's due to scar tissue that has harden or my nose has deviated once more. In other words I'm looking to have a revision surgey, but I'm wondering how complex the surgey will be. Will the surgeon just scrap off the bump which makes my nose appear crooked or will I need a rhinoplasty revision?
